Milk Protein Concentrate
Milk Protein Concentrate is a soluble milk protein powder manufactured by standardizing the protein level of skimmed milk using fresh ultra filtered skimmed milk. This low-heat membrane ultra filtration process used to ensure protein is un-denatured and remains highly nutritional.
The ultra filtration process partially removes the lactose and minerals allowing protein to be concentrated to a higher percentage. The standardized milk protein concentrate is then pasteurized, condensed and dried. It is a uniform white to light cream color, free from hard lumps, with a sweet, clean dairy flavor.
Net weight 20 Kg/bag. Multi-ply paper bags lined with polyethylene.
Store in a cool, dry and clean location. Avoid direct exposure to the sun and strong odours. Ideal temperature between 10°C-21°C (50°F-70°F).
In the recommended storage conditions, product has a 24-month shelf life. To maintain product freshness and quality, rotating the product is recommended.
